I joined again recently and can already remember why I stopped going...the gym is MIGHTY dull alone. I was one of the leave me alone, I'm working out with my iPod/TV/book people for the longest, but no so much anymore...conversation is so much more welcome.
I really want to hit the gym, and will actually GO CONSISTENTLY, not once in a while, at least a few times a week, but am lacking the motivation....the gym is SO damn BORING!!!! I worked out with some pretty amazing people in the past when I belonged to LA, but most people I've learned start flaking by week two or so. I'd like to avoid that again if possible.
I've only put on three or four pounds since I've stopped going, but have lost muscle mass more than anything in the past months.
Anyways, someone in semi-decent shape, (I like to workout for a REAL 45-60 minutes and would like someone to keep up) 20-30ish years old, male or female. That's it.
I can do mornings and early afternoons; I work nights.
Two things: please no 5am-er's and no body builders...pre-sunrise is much, MUCH too early to sweat and I feel no urge to ever lift a piano over my head to compensate about the size of my junk.
