Our client, a leader in South Orlando, is looking for a collections representative. This person will be responsible for handling collections regarding business and consumer accounts.
This position starts at 10.00/hr
Qualified candidates MUST:
- Have 1-2 years of collection experience in the hospitality/resort industry.
- Be Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Have a flexible schedule.
- Have at least one year experience in a call center.
On a day-to-day basis, Collectors will:
- Be responsible for working with consumers who are delinquent on payments (timeshare industry).
- Negotiate payment plans.
- Deal with a large volume of accounts and will be responsible for progressing the late sum to fulfillment.
- Have heavy involvement on the phones in a call center
