When you give detailed critiques we will match you with authors who also give helpful critiques.
If you give poor quality critiques we will match you with the dregs of our writing group and you will receive low quality critiques in return.
It generally takes 3 or 4 critiques before we can match you with your peer group. During your first few days on the site you will be matched with high and low quality reviewers in order for us to really get to know you. If you simply give high quality critiques we will start consistently matching you with high quality reviewers by the end of your first week with us.
