Last posting has mistakes made. I am in need of housing due to daughter getting evicted out of her rental in which I also live. I would like a room with a bath, TV/Internet hookups, and use of facilities as kitchen etc.. in exchange for house work ( cleaning, vacuming, light cooking) transportation, shopping, do light yard work, love plants, walk dog. I just got out of a 5 year serious relationship with my fiancee. We are both on this apartment lease. I would like to terminate my lease early but I will incur fees and costs of course. I need a place to stay (an apartment, a room, or looking for roommates) for maybe a month or two while I can get these fees done with. I have a stable full-time job, proof of income/employment, and receipts that show I always pay my rent on time and no prior evictions. I'm a 25 year old male, I'm just trying to get out of this relationship cleanly so I can get back to school part time. We are a professional family of 6 (husband/wife and 4 children) looking to rent a single family home that has the following at minimum:

5 bedrooms (at least) is NEEDED four our family size!
At least 3 full bathrooms (could be more)
Appliances included (Fridge, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer)
At least 2 car garage (could be more)
Private Pool (would be ideal) but will also settle for a community pool
Central Air/Heat
Our preferred location is open right now however we have been living in Davenport, Four Corners area and are most familiar with this area and Lake Nona where some family members reside.
Prefer to have the following: kitchen with eat-in, formal dining room, living room, family room
Would be great to have a den and/or office in addition to the 5 bedrooms for my office as I work out of the home.
We are looking for a long term lease of at least 1 year but prefer longer thereafter if it works out. We are looking to move March 1st, 2010.
NEEDS to be a nice, SAFE, neighborhood with preferably grade A school district.
NO FORECLOSURES PLEASE and do not prefer to deal with management companies but rather private owners.
We do not have pets however we have thought about a small dog in the future and would like that option open to us.
We are a very clean and neat family and will take great care of the home as if it were our own. Paying rent on time is our priority!
