The HR Manager is responsible for administering policies and procedures that cover several functional areas that may include employee relations, recruitment, terminations, new hire orientations, training, safety, leave of absence and benefits administration. Position requires being a liaison with employees and management.
Education and Experience:
• BA or BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
• PHR/SPHR a plus
• 3 – 5 years experience in Human Resources, at least 2 years experience working with exempt level staff
• Knowledge of current State and Federal Wage, Employment Laws and HR policies and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with multistate worksites is a plus.
• Able to work independently and in groups.
• Proficient in MS Word and excel

THE POSITION:
The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for the following.
• Overhaul HR system for this fast growing company
• Establish internal controls and a set of best practices.
• Review Policies and Procedures and make recommendations for improvements.
• Develop, mentor and train HR staff
• Travel to offices throughout the southeast to provide training. Standardize practices
• Conduct a wage parity study and develop a Job Classification system with related wage grids.
• Work with management to recruit and evaluate key personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• This person should have 10-20 years experience.
• Must have large company experience of 1000 workers or more in multiple locations.
• Must be available for overnight travel.

• Experience in one or more of the following industries greatly preferred: Trucking, Distribution, Waste Management.
• BS or BA in related field
• The ability to interpret and communicate as well as demonstrated mastery of Human Resources and Human Capital Management.
• Able to work independently and in groups.

Posses excellent communication skills and have the ability to locate, recruit, and hire for all open positions at CI which will include Technical, Client Services, Analysts, Financial and Support professionals.

Major Responsibilities:
• Drive the recruiting quality improvement process.
• Consistently source and deliver candidates with difficult/critical skill sets.
• Source, contact, interview, prepare resumes and checks references for interested, qualified candidates.
• Facilitate the hiring of qualified candidates by working closely with hiring managers by following CI hiring policies and procedures to meet recruiting objectives.
• Ensure that all recruiting is conducted within legal parameters.
• Proactively market qualified candidates to CI requirements and profiles; proactively markets prospective candidates.
• Interact with candidates on all issues until hire.

Requirements/Preferences:
• Four year degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience.

• Demonstrated understanding of recruiting processes.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead by example.

Job Summary
This position will support the review of existing line of business incentive programs and the design of new incentive compensation plans across multiple lines of business. Responsible for managing the design and administration of pay programs which support the company's vision. Participates in the research, analysis, development/revision, and implementation of Incentive plans that are designed to maintain the objectives and competitive position in the marketplace. Works closely with Director of Incentive Plans - Americas to ensure consistency with company compensation philosophy.
Basic Qualifications
•4 year college degree
•A minimum of 5 years experience in Compensation
•Knowledge in the administration of compensation programs and the applicable state and federal laws
•In-depth knowledge of competitive pay analysis and incentive plan design/administration
•Proficient with MS Office Suites

•Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) a plus
•Prior experience with variable compensation plans in timeshare, real estate, or the hospitality industry is beneficial
