A growing design firm is expanding and putting together a unique design opportunity: Are you a designer that ventured out on your own but dislike running “the business”? As a leader in the design industry, Arch-Interiors Design Group East, Inc. is creating the most progressive design model in the industry. We are putting together a group of the most talented design professionals in Central Florida. This design group will be the “best of the best” in each of their prospective design styles, thus bringing together a group of the most creative minds in the industry. Designers are on a contract basis and allowed absolute creative freedom with each of their and the firm’s clients.

The firm acts as your support network with the most current resources available including an ideal downtown location, state of the art computers, the latest design soft ware programs, a conference room for client meetings, a full resource library and pre-established accounts for your purchasing needs, off site receiving, storage and client delivery is also available for easy installations. Our webmaster is a leader in his field and we represent each designer individually with a complete professional bio and headshot for marketing and sales purposes. As our design group partner, you will participate in all marketing and planning meetings to create quarterly plans and budgets. Additionally, the firm handles all book keeping, accounting, billing and collection of all deposits and payments on your behalf.

We are only considering group members with 2 plus years of experience in residential and/or commercial (corporate, retail, hospitality, medical) design. You must be proficient in handling a client project from beginning to completion. Group applicants must have a expertise in construction drawings, codes, materials, furniture, finish selections and specifications. In addition, skills in budgeting of projects, bid coordination, purchasing, expediting, and working with contractors and vendors. It is essential you are reliable, self motivated, problem solvers, work proactively and are completely committed to design and your own personal growth and success. Strong computer skills are necessary with an understanding of basic CAD, experience with Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Sketch Up and Studio Designer is a plus. Licensed designers preferred but not required.

• Location: Downtown Orlando
• Compensation: Your compensation is extremely generous and commensurate to BOTH your billable design fees AND a percentage of your merchandise sales.
