Unfortunately, the only possibility of straightening this out totally is campaign finance reform but the Reps and many Dems are dead set against
that. The amount of money being spent on political campaigns is obscene. Michale Bloomberg spent 240 million of his own money to remain
Mayor of NYC, after managing to change the law on term limits. Guess there are as many dumbells in NY as anywhere else!
