I may have to move to Orlando to take a job. I may be there for 6 months, I may be there for a year, or I might be there longer so I prefer not signing a lease.

I own a house in Tampa where my g/f will continue to stay so between the mortgage there and bills, Id like to keep rent around 600 or under.

I am from Nashville, TN, i went to school at Western Kentucky studying Management and Marketing. I have done marketing for companies like SeaWorld, Busch gardens, and Anheuser Busch and now I own my own company.

I like to go out, have drinks, and listen to live music.. I also like going to theme parks and stuff. I am very respectful, clean, quiet at decent hours, and an all around good roommate. I wont eat your food and drink your drinks. I wont mess with your stuff and I would probably only be there 4 days a week as I would be in tampa the rest.
