New to area and in need of housing. Currently living with my daughter and her husband, but they are losing their home. On fixed income due to disabilities resulting from car accident. Would like own room with bath, and internet/TV connection, in exchange for help around the house such as transportation, light housework (laundry, vacuuming, sweeping, cooking, etc), dog walking. Will consider child-care as well. Do light yard work also. Would be a good companion for single mature person, or elderly individual in need of compansionship and help around the house. Have small dog, with vaccinations, fully house-trained. Do not drink or do drugs. Clean and reliable woman, mature and single. Have own bed, TV, and other personal/living items and furniture.
