We are a Chicago- based company with an expertise with turning logos into crystal creations. Currently, we offer single sales, wholesale, as well as a fundraising program called "Bling It On"
Purpose:
The salesperson is primarily responsible for the development of new accounts and sales of GlitterStarz product line, with particular emphasis on our team participation program called "Bling It On". This person will be responsible for prospecting, selling and growing sales within segments that are outside of our current market space.

We are based out of Chicago, yet are looking for outside sales representatives within all territories.

Responsibilities:
1. Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contacts so as to achieve targeted sales growth.
2. Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries and be able to prepare and give timely and effective sales presentations.
3. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities.
4. Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities within agreed budgets and timelines and integrate sales efforts with other organized marketing activities such as: product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.
5. Represent GlitterStarz at tradeshows, dance competitions, and cheer competitions as well as other selling venues as requested.
6. Ability to ‘think on your feet’ in response to situational opportunities and competitive threats when meeting with customers.
