i have a 1/1 spacious apt...i am signed by a lease till july 2010 but i am moving to miami and is insearch of someone to take my lease over asap....
i have a full sized bed dresses and sofa in the apt as well as a older model dell desktop that is fully operational and internet ready....if you would like these i would be more than happy to give them to you..also microwave
you would move in upon approval at the leasing office and pay rent for dec 1....all rent deposits and renters insurance also pet deposits have been paid....so you would only have $40 out of pocket application fee up front....(this is waived if you work in certain service industries..hotels theme parks etc) contact me for more info thnx
