Hi! I live in Carlton Arms South on Rio Grande Ave. I have a one bedroom, 550 sqft COZY for two people or just one. I was hoping to find someone who could take over my lease as of DECEMBER 1ST. The rent is 552 but there are no deposits to pay to move in because I have already paid them, which I will not get back. I am not going to bargain to gain money back in return. It can be yours if you qualify for the apartment! The only money you would need to have is 40.00 for the application fee, but if you work with certain places like, disney, in a hospital or a hotel it is free app. fee. My pet fee has already been paid. So your animals can come too. It's on the first level and comes with a patio. The laundry area is almost directly behind the porch. Now, the apartment doesn't come with fresh paint or carpet, but I have only lived here since July 11th or so, and I can honestly say the apartment it NOT trashed. I don't have kids and there is only me living here with my cat. But I have a shampooer and will be more than happy to clean the carpets before I leave. Also, I am more than happy to leave my full sized bed, dresser with mirrors, tv stand, and couch for whomever moves in. I am going to move to Miami and I am not taking furniture.
