Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Bookkeeper/Accounting/Admin in the Clermont FL office. The role involves
**managing financial records
** preparing and analyzing financial statements
** handling bookkeeping tasks
** maintaining accuracy in journal entries and transaction records.
** utilize accounting software (AppFolio experience a plus but not a requirement) to assist with financial management
** support administrative tasks
**collaborate with team members in office and field
**other assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and analysis
Experience in Bookkeeping, Journal Entries, and general account reconciliation
Knowledge of Accounting Software and general Finance principles
Intermediate to proficient with Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Previous experience in administrative support or similar roles is advantageous
Experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
