Hello - Looking to start being healthier and want to keep it simple for now. In need of accountability. Goal would be to meet up with someone at least 3 days a week for some cardio and strength exercises. Time wise available 5am-6am or 830pm-11pm. However sometimes may have free time during the day.
Simple for now would include a walk building to a run, body wt exercises etc. Not opposed to other gym equipment just need to warm up to it. Can get into LA Fitness or if you have complex gym that's ok too.
