I am asking for the lease to be signed for 13 months, so you would have plenty of time to get to know me and vice versa. I’d also like to emphasize that this is a very quiet house. I am looking for a clean, quiet roommate who also respects my personal space. I am willing to share my kitchen, backyard, and living room with the right person. I am also willing to share utilities. However, if you like having access to WiFi is included in the rent.
