lovely cosey house on a cul-de-sac (2bd 1b) . Very quiet neighborhood, Very large yard so dogs are welcomed . Has a very large storage unit in the back and also has a back-up generator in case of power outages. This house is ideal for a small family or a couple that loves the quiet life. Plenty of parking, this house is great for gatherings in the back yard. Looking for a responsible couple or responsible single occupant to come enjoy the great suburban living of the lovely state of Florida. House has planters so any gardeners will love it, also has irrigation in the back, fig tree that give ALOT of figs and hopefully Avocados will come this year.
Pet deposit is non-refundable for each pet. Pets can be discussed in person if you have more than 2.

Generator is powered by propane gas and is responsibility of the renter for the benefit of the renter. I keep a minimum amount of propane in the tank for upkeep purposes only.
