I have one other roommate which happens to be my mom she moved here after she retired so you know all of your stuff will be looked after, you can store any items in the garage as well no problems getting your mail or packages. Mom sticks to herself so no issues watches over house while I am working. Looking for someone Honest and trustworthy and plans to be here long term. Rent is due on the first of every month.
