Potential renters stop being DELUSIONAL about wanting these fancy places for little money. Be realistic that while everyone is in a crunch and the economy is not that great, you cannot expect to get somebody’s master bedroom and a large en-suite bathroom for $500 to $600 as your rent. Let’s see where you can go get an apartment for that one with your dogs and cats. I don’t think renters are looking for you to cover their mortgages but it’s only fair that you pay for what you are asking. SMH!
