Harris Strong, known for mid century modern framed tiles in the 1950s and '60s, continued his careeer after the tile factory burned down in 1970. Lesser known but just as stunning was his dramatic wall art from the 1970s and '80s. This pair of original lithographs is from the 1980s, entitled Disk I and Disk II.

Art Deco revival styling with stepped gold wood frame, protected by clear acrylic, multi-layer matting, three dimensional mixed media, faces of paper disks of gold and silver metallic, black stands of what may be plastic, pencil title and H Strong signature, label on back from Harris G Strong of Ellsworth, Maine
