I was an Anesthesiologist and used these to put the breathing tube into place during intubation when the patient was going to be put on a ventilator. All blades and handles are HEINE(from Germany). Two lighted handles and several blades with additional small sizes for pediatric patients. Includes a carrying case and a homemade pouch with slots for all the blades.
