I take my licenses seriously. Any qualification agreement will include active oversight, compliance requirements, and strict operating standards. My license and reputation are worth far more than a monthly payment.

Certified General Contractor (CGC): $5,000/month
Certified Air Conditioning Contractor (CAC): $2,500/month
Certified Plumbing Contractor (CFC): $3,000/month
Additional performance-based compensation or equity participation may be required depending on the size, scope, and risk profile of your business.
