Always garage kept and well maintained.
On a double trailer that I had new axle installed in July after some Jacka$$ backed into trailer while parked at boat ramp. Also went ahead and had bearings, hubs and new tires on both sides rather than just the damaged side. Added a new full size spare which is mounted. All electrics work fine.
