Job Summary:
As an Operions Supervisor, you will oversee multi-site guarding operions, guiding Field Supervisors and security teams to deliver exceptional performance. In this role, you will conduct site inspections, ensuring compliance with post orders, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. The Operions Supervisor plays a key role in developing the team through coaching, training, and mentorship. You will also support branch operions by managing essential administrive processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Based on experience, Securitas will offer a salary of $56K - $58K/ Annually in addition to a full benefit package th includes:

Position Qualificions:
- Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service.
- Helps sustain client and employee retention.
- Manage branch operions to achieve profitability.
- Willing to fill in lower levels when necessary while managing high-level responsibilities.
- Is organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communices timely and effectively all levels.
Educion/Experience:
- At least 18 years of age.
Associe’s Degree.
1 year of experience in security operion
Or an equivalent combinion of educion and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required educion on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of educion.
