What is ServSafe?
â€¢ ServSafe has become the industry standard in food and alcohol safety training and provides accurate, up‐to‐date information for all levels of employees on all aspects of handling food and alcohol service
â€¢ The courses are designed to provide Food Service Professionals with updated principles of safe food handling and alcohol service.
