I'm looking for help in researching apartment complexes for my cleaning business. I need someone who is honest and can find me certain types of properties via Google, Apartments.com and other sites, then input specific details into a Google spreadsheet. This is pretty easy - it just requires attention to detail. Each property should only take about 2-4 minutes to find, match to our required criteria and input into the spreadsheet. If property manager information isn't on the property website, you may need to give them a call to get that information.
You COULD do this from a tablet but it would be easier with a computer. You can do this at any time of day - no set hours or certain times needed. Right now I'm only needing properties around Orlando, but as the business expands, there could be more work researching new areas.
Required:
Fluency in English
Google Maps experience - you cannot use Apple Maps
Google Sheets experience
Ability to navigate apartment websites to gather information
Ability to follow specific steps & directions
Must be able to attend an online training session - should be 5-10 min long
