* We are a long-time property maintenance company founded in 2008.
* We have our annual winter promo campaign coming up and are hiring a short-term temporary gig field rep to help us to canvass and distribute promo flyers in select neighborhoods and take pictures for window washing quotes etc if requested by a homeowner.
* We have specific target neighborhoods in which we work but will consider your suggestions if they fit our target neighborhood profile.
* The best time to distribute is when people are at home, for example during the weekday mornings and evenings or anytime on Saturdays.
* You just need to drive to the neighborhood, park your car, and then walk to select houses to deliver. It will typically only be one neighborhood per shift, so there is no driving necessary other than to get to the neighborhood / within the neighborhood.
* People on our team need to look clean and presentable as they represent our company.
* We track the distribution of the of the flyers. There is no shortcut to actually distributing them.
* You get paid for each job booked through one of the door hangers you distributed or through talking to a homeowner. The pay goes from $30 up to $50 per booked job, depending on job size. Ask us for the details in your interview. It is not unusual for our helpers to help us book several jobs per hour of work. Our office staff handles everything with the homeowners. There is nothing else you need to do.
* You will get paid through direct deposit.
* This is a short-term gig starting in December and after, but if you do well, we will consider you again for upcoming gigs or even on an ongoing basis. This is a side income gig, which means we are fine if you can do it after your regular job or on the weekend. It doesn’t need to be on a specific day or at a specific time, but we will agree on the times together with you, so our office staff is available to handle the leads that come in from your distribution.
* If you're interested and available, send us a message with your number where you can be reached. If you don't include your number, we can't contact you. It takes way too long to write emails back and forth. Please keep that in mind. We won't use your number for anything other than to contact you about this gig.
* You can do as much or as little as you want. Of course, as with anything, the more you do, the higher the income potential.
