This is a 2 week trial run. However, if this is successful, we are going to extend throughout the year, possibly continuously.
You will be contacting Licensed Insurance Agents that have previously been contracted with a particular company (marketing rules prevent us using specific names of companies in this post without expressed written consent). You are simply asking if they are still an active insurance agent, and if so, would they like to reactivate their contract at a higher commission percentage.
You will then forward them a current employment contract. That's it! The contracting comes back to the company, you will have no responsibilities beyond contacting agents. This may change in the future as we are just rolling this process out.
Must have a computer, internet, great friendly voice, and a strong work ethic.
YOU WILL CALL FOR 2O HOURS A WEEK. However, you pick the times and days to work.
(chose any times from 9am - 8pm, M-Sa). This flexibility makes this perfect for college students, retirees, golf enthusiasts, parents, anyone with an extra 20 hours each week).
You will use our dialer system which calls the numbers for you. It's a very simple yet repetitive process which may bore some of you.
Prior Life Insurance Sales experience is desired but certainly not required. (you are NOT selling anything, it would just be helpful in that you will have a connection with the people you will be speaking to).
If this program works as expected, we may offer you additional hours in the future.

I need to know that you have a great voice, can carry a conversation, have a sense of humor, and be friendly. Insurance is a relationship building business. I will make calls this week and then set up interviews for the next week. We are starting with one person however, our goal is 5-7 active recruiters. Be patient, we are literally rolling this program out fresh and it will take time to get fully staffed.
