We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while also providing support for the office team.

Receptionist Responsibilities
• Respond to inquiries from clients and the public in a prompt and courteous manner
• Answer and route incoming calls professionally to the appropriate staff or departments
• Greet visitors, provide assistance, and direct them to the correct contacts
• Distribute incoming mail and packages
• Maintain an organized, clean reception area
• Provide administrative support to office and sales teams as needed

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am-3pm, Day Shift, No weekends
