The customer service rep will manage customer accounts, including order processing and inquiry resolution; answer incoming calls and provide accurate, timely information to customers; build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service; collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals and resolve challenges; maintain open communication with customers, vendors and colleagues; adapt to new systems, software and processes efficiently and; thrive in a fast-paced team environment and support business needs including occasional overtime.
High school diploma required; college degree preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet applications; typing at least 50 WPM; strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail; self-starter and capable of working independently
