As we grow from our current locations in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Orange County. We are looking for motivated agents to be key team members of our young and growing Orlando location that is interested in growing the business and growing professionally.
This is a commission only position with a generous up front commission structure to assure the agents success. Management has over 60 years of combined experience in the Insurance business and want to continue to build on that.
1 year minimum in the industry
minimum of 2 years of sales experience in property & casualty preferred
Must have a Friendly and a Positive Attitude
Prior sales experience a must
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in order to perform in a manner that prevents errors and omissions
Some College preferred
Ambitious, motivated and dependable.
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships preferred
