Responsibilities:
Handle daily inbound and outbound customer calls
Assist clients with service inquiries and account support
Explain membership plans and available services
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
Follow up with leads and current customers
Maintain accurate customer records and call logs
Process applications and customer requests
Provide professional and friendly support in English & Spanish
Requirements:
Must have previous call center / customer service / sales experience
Must be bilingual: Fluent English & Spanish
Strong communication and listening skills
Good computer and typing skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Positive attitude with ability to work in a fast-paced office
Ability to close sales and earn bonuses
