About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and organized Credit Repair Receptionist to handle inbound and outbound calls with newly enrolled clients. This position also assists with basic administrative tasks, CRM updates, and supports our Credit Repair Account Managers.
Responsibilities
Make welcome calls to new clients and handle incoming calls.
Assist with administrative tasks and document preparation.
Update client information in our CRM.
Use Microsoft Word as needed.
Support Credit Repair Account Managers with client updates and communication.
Qualifications
Customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
Strong phone and communication skills.
Basic Microsoft Word skills.
Ability to stay organized and multitask.
