Seeking Reliable & Experienced Janitorial Subcontractors for an ongoing Multi-Tenant Medical office cleaning contract.
We are awarding subcontract work for nightly and 5-day-per-week cleaning of medium- to large-scale multi-tenant medical office buildings in the Orlando/Seminole County area.
Scope: Standard janitorial services for medical office environments (lobbies, suites, exam rooms, restrooms, common areas, entryways, etc.)
All equipment, labor, and chemicals/supplies provided by the subcontractor (You bring your own organized janitorial supplies, carts, vacuums, etc.) HEPA filter backpack, Pro team preferred.
Must be able to handle volume and coordinate.
Must have proven experience in medical/healthcare facility cleaning or a similar role.
References required
Competitive pay.
