**You are a Natural Connector:** People tend to open up to you quickly, even when they weren't planning to share much. You don't rush them; you let them tell their story at their own pace.
**You are a Fluid Thinker:** You can take incomplete information and piece together a full picture. You don’t need a step-by-step manual; you use your intuition to "detect" gaps in information.
**You are Tenacious but Gentle:** You are willing to track down heirs via phone, social media, and creative methods without sounding like a "pitchman".
**What You’ll Be Doing:**
You will be the "front line" for a curative title real estate business. A Research Assistant provides the initial data (public records, obituaries, etc.), but that’s just the starting point.
**Your job is to uncover the truth:**
* Track down heirs through creative outreach (dialing relatives, neighbors, and social media).
* Have natural, empathetic conversations to understand complex family situations.
* Identify every heir in a family tree and map out their relationships.
* Identify the hidden "family dynamics" that might stop a property from being saved.
