We’re seeking an experienced Apartment Painter
Responsibilities:
• Perform interior painting for apartment units.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, and priming.
• Apply paints to achieve uniform and visually appealing finishes.
• Work independently, ensuring the timely completion of each unit.
• Pay attention to detail to maintain high standards.
Qualifications:
• Experience in apartment painting or other rental properties preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Own basic tools and equipment.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to paint 1,000+ sq.ft. per day.
