| $60K – $80K+ | Total base compensation. We will match any other agency's offer. |
| $4,500 | Paid to you before pregnancy in milestone payments. |
| 100% | Medical, legal, travel, and maternity clothing — fully covered. |
| Escrow | Funds held by an independent escrow agent — never by the agency. |
| + Benefits | Health & life insurance, lost wages, childcare, housekeeping, and more. |
