The Nabi does have a cracked screen but still works properly.
Fuhu/Nabi has ended support for this tablet, so you can no longer log in to their server or download and upgrade apps. It can be rooted to perform like a regular android tablet, but it has not been. It has plenty of apps, mostly just the introductory trial portions. As there is no longer a NABI/FUHU server, you cannot change/update the OS or apps or register a new parent password, or use any of the account required apps.
Because of this, a factory reset is problematic and NOT RECOMMENDED. This tablet has been wiped/cleared. This tablet has the generic password to enter mommy mode, "zxcv6789" . It will be shipped in mommy mode, so you can easily access the apps that work and the internet. Account required apps will not work. It works great, comes with a charger, protective red case and box. Remember Server support has ended so some apps that require communication and accounts with the server will not work, so
