π§ Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations with a focus on people, food quality, service, and cleanliness
Create a positive work environment built on trust, respect, and accountability
Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members to ensure long-term success
Drive performance by achieving sales, labor, and cost control goals
Ensure a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere for guests and staff alike
Implement and execute local marketing and promotional campaignsMaintain compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations
π Requirements:
2+ years of General Manager experience in the casual dining or hospitality industry
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Proven ability to recruit and retain high-performing teams
Experience with cash handling, back office systems, and Workday
Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Must be 21+ years old with reliable transportation
