Current experience in saute, grill, and pantry certainly help, but a cooperative attitude in learning the Maxine's way and being a team player is even more important. Production and training roles are also available. Whether you are a seasoned manager that wants the heat to only be coming from the line, or and up and coming professional in the making, we could be for you. We are an authentic, locally owned restaurant downtown Orlando, open for 14 years, that prides ourselves on the presentations of the plate, along with how we interact as a team. Our restaurant has won multiple awards over the last several years, and the kitchen is led by a Chef that has a tremendous record over the past few decades here in Orlando.
