We are a busy, well-established pizza restaurant in Orlando looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, support our team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Pizzeria experience is strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
Lead, train, and motivate FOH & BOH staff
Manage scheduling, labor, and cost controls
Ensure food quality, consistency, and cleanliness standards
Handle guest relations and resolve issues professionally
Maintain inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
What We’re Looking For:
Prior restaurant management experience (pizzeria experience a big plus)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Hands-on manager who leads by example
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Reliable, organized, and team-oriented mindset
