This is the Trim a Tree brand Frazier Fir with pine cones; sold at Lowe's. Easy up just 4 pieces. pre-light it yourself. Make sure the strands plug ends at the end of each section. Plug them in when you put it up, and unplug it to store it away. The limbs just drop in place, then fold for easy storage. 1ft by 4.5 ft box.
This is a very realistic,and beautiful tree; that is thin, at less than 4 ft wide, and tall, at 9ft. High.
It's not too late to change to a tree that's really impressive, that will last.
Sells at Lowe's for almost $200.
