The mower is complete. It will starts, runs, and cuts. The mower has been stored under cover and recently serviced. The plugs, carburetor, and battery are all new within the past year. The 17 HP Briggs & Stratton Opposed Twin engine is a good one. The mower is being sold “as is.” The buyer is responsible for shipping or local pick-up.
