It is a survival kit item designed for rugged outdoor activities like hiking. The kit was made with lightweight rubber material in an Army green color. This kit was marketed as a tool for dealing with snake bites in the wilderness. It is a genuine piece of Americana.
The kit is new, unopened and unused.
Package is worn due to age and it was carried, rolled up, in a backpack pocket.
So the contents are Like New condition but the packaging is Fair, at best.
I'll split the difference and list this as "good" condition since it has never been opened.
Designated official by BSA- Boy Scouts of America.
