Alto Clermont (Clermont, FL) is seeking a compassionate and energetic Activity Assistant to support our Memory Care residents through engaging, purposeful, and fun daily programming.
This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with seniors, bringing positive energy, and creating moments that matter.
Schedule:
Tuesday–Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay:
$16 – $16.50/hour

What You’ll Do:
• Lead and assist with daily activities (games, music, exercise, crafts, etc.)
• Encourage participation and social engagement
• Build genuine connections with residents
• Support special events, entertainment, and themed programs
• Help create a warm, positive environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly, upbeat, and reliable personality
• Comfortable working with seniors (memory care experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to take initiative and stay engaged throughout the day
• Must be able to stay active, on your feet, and engaged throughout the shift
