We are a fast-growing health insurance agency focused on Medicare Advantage, ACA, and supplemental plans. Our licensed agents already have the systems and platforms in place. Now we are looking for an experienced Medicare trainer to help our agents improve their client conversations and pre-qualification process.
📌 Role Overview
The Medicare Training Specialist will work directly with our licensed agents to provide practical, hands-on training. This is not a processing role—we need someone who can teach our agents how to:
✅ Ask the right qualifying questions
✅ Gather and verify client information
✅ Understand common Medicare scenarios
✅ Improve client conversations and confidence
✅ Apply best practices in compliance and pre-enrollment
📋 Responsibilities
🔹 Conduct training sessions (group or one-on-one) on-site
🔹 Provide scripts, tips, and examples for real-world conversations
🔹 Role-play client scenarios to prepare agents for live calls
🔹 Share insights on compliance and client pre-qualification
🔹 Create simple guides or checklists for agent use
📝 Qualifications
✅ 2+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement sales
✅ Strong understanding of client pre-qualification and needs analysis
✅ Experience training or coaching sales agents preferred
✅ Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics
✅ (Preferred but not required) Active health insurance license with Medicare experience
✅ Reside in Orlando or surrounding areas (Mandatory)
✅ Reliable internet and a dedicated workspace
✅ Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
💰 Pay & Schedule
🔹 $27-35 per hour (based on experience)
🔹 Flexible, remote schedule (as needed for training sessions)
