REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT)
South Orlando Area | 30–35 Hours Weekly
Compensation: $22.00–$28.00 per hour
Join a team dedicated to helping children and families thrive through high-quality ABA services. We are currently seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support to pediatric clients in the South Orlando area.
Position Overview
As an RBT, you will work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and support meaningful skill development. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact while gaining valuable clinical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Approximately 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
30–35 hours per week
Primary Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services in accordance with treatment goals established by the supervising BCBA.
Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs.
Collect, document, and maintain accurate session data.
Support the development of communication, social, adaptive, and functional living skills.
Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers to promote treatment consistency.
Maintain professionalism and ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for clients.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
Experience working with children preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to follow treatment protocols and receive ongoing supervision.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sessions.
