Single, over 50 (i.e. on the quiet and boring side), super clean, neat and organized. No smoking (any kind), no vaping, no drinking, no drugs, etc. No pets of course.
Got some schedule glitch due to holidays and unforeseen circumstances so ended up in a bind. I need a room and a bath for 2-6 weeks. You will get your "spot" as clean, if not cleaner, than you gave it to me. HOWEVER, if you have an apartment, small so rent makes sense to bother of us, I can take over for couple of months that also might work. I will assume that you are moving out and all your stuff will be gone. We will do it on the up and up, go through management and I will take over the rest of your lease. I will also switch utilities in my name, unless there is some outrageous charges to do so, that render the idea economically not viable.
The closer to fashion square mall the better. I have a gym/storage/bank box/ etc. there and I need to access all regularly during the transition. And it has to be quiet. That is a must.

PS. For your info, credit score close to 800 (I am above but just in case), no issue with background. Can provide financials or pay the whole thing in advance (if it is couple of months and depends on rent).
