Work barge. I shut down my business to retire and need to sell. Used to build boat houses and docks. All aluminum hull. 32' x 8' x 30" draft. Crane with 30' boom, approx #800 lifting capacity. Incl hydraulic windlass. Crane rotates aprox 720 degrees so 1 setup gives access to set all posts for a boathouse. 40 hp Merc outboard.
