About the Role:
With over 5+ years of reliable home repair experience, TOTAL PRO MAINTENANCE LLC is seeking a skilled and dependable Technician/Handyman to join our growing team in Florida. Our company has built a strong reputation through thousands of successful projects, ranging from minor home repairs to full room renovations.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in carpentry, painting, and general maintenance, and understands the importance of professionalism and trust when working in clients’ homes. Licensure is not required, but prior experience or certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or roofing are a strong advantage.
We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their workmanship, value reliability, and are eager to grow with a company known for quality service and long-term client trust.
Responsibilities
🔹 Perform general repair, maintenance, and installation tasks (residential and commercial)
🔹 Troubleshoot and provide cost-effective repair solutions
🔹 Work independently or with a team to complete projects on time
🔹 Maintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standards on-site
🔹 Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Qualifications
✅ Experience in general contracting, handyman services, or related trades (preferred but not required)
✅ Proficiency with tools and equipment
✅ General Liability Insurance
✅ Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
✅ Must have active general liability insurance
✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✅ Ability to start immediately is a plus
