Have been diagnosed with PTSD for at least 6 months by a qualified professional
Have previously tried at least one PTSD treatment (such as medication or trauma-focused therapy)
Do not have another primary mental health condition as your main diagnosis (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or certain severe personality disorders)
